Big, big problems. (Norton, surprise, surprise)?
I recently downloaded a file that had eight counts spyware on it, I could'nt remove spyware and when I went to delete it manually in "regedit" files did not find there, I scanned again with Norton and did'nt files appear on the scan, after that, my norton antivirus analysis full system stopped working and the habit of scanning 950 files past. my java script was disabled and I can not run analysis on-line without Norton arise Tellin me there was a big problem and I could send an "error report" or not. I used yahoo anti-spyware and found a trojan and tracking cookies a lot, I tried to delete the trojan and he said he could'nt, I recently downloaded AVG and it did'nt find spyware or Trojan horse .... Can someone tell me what the poblem is, and there is a reset (sounds stupid I know) that can completely destroy the computer of all files and I start from scratch.? i tried System Restore, but they do not work either. or is it just Norton being the bitch he is selfish?
Spybot is a good beginning, but there is more to it. An excellent system of simple steps to help you understand what's going on is available at link below. Best - all free. For real.
