The Amish can not use electricity required. First of all, the Amish do not allow electricity to homes. For example, can use the lantern or candles only. They also refuse to drive cars because they run on electricity. They walk more, or use car travel distance. Finally, the Amish do not use power tools. Being Amish is difficult, only those of us who were elderly or disabled and are not Amish live a life like them.
