Without giving you my opinion, as it would be too long, I say you certainly have a theory in which many agree with you. Although it is true, this would never be admitted publicly, of course, especially As the world PC more and more each day. You can probably find an article on google, but even a Hall of Fame baseball pitcher, Steve Carlton, has received many Flack of the press because he was basically saying the same thing about 20 years ago.
