Is there an appropriate audience for a publication of manga induced in a magazine?

The anime productions idea that I asked a few as soon as practical, I made a simple way to start would be to launch a magazine containing ameture manga writers, and their series. Well also posed the question, is there an audience ready for such a publication, please come back to me, it's you or someone you know, would be interested in providing a series of manga, or if you yourself are interested, or if you know someone who would.
