Strange Run
I run 3-4 miles 4-5 times a week, but I do not get .. wound is strange?
I always make sure to stretch before and after. But ... pain is not a good thing? Can you lose weight and feel no pain? Thank you!
No, this is not strange. You may already be in shape, and your muscles are accustomed to your runs. I am also running 5 + miles, 3x week. I notice that I did not feel the burn after the next day. I make sure to stretch after, too. For kicks, make sure you vary your land / slope, and go to term intervals Really fast for a certain time (or the next marker) and then slow down for a bit, then choose the new rhythm. That's where I notice a difference on the day next. You can always lose weight and feel no pain. You're still Burnin 'calories. Keep up the good work!
