What are the elements of a "Super Villain" in the comic?

Looks? Personality? Morality? Suffering?

Sorry, but again I could not resist responding that comics are something that I feel very strongly about. Once again thank you for the opportunity to let me speak. Coming to your question, here are some points that make a great super-villain - 1 - One reason for the writer is required to justify the character. Why is it the way it is?
