What are the best super powers to a superhero? This makes a super-hero so great?

I try to create the next super-hero and I need some ideas. Can someone please help?

This makes a great super-hero is not necessarily their skills, but their willingness to help people with those skills. I mean, Superman can go to Las Vegas and make millions of dollars by cheating on the tables, the flash could become the greatest athlete ever (and in its original incarnation, was a halfback College), Storm could initiate the blackmail its ability to control the weather. But sometimes, the best heroes do not need muscles. What about one who is very smart and thwarts or manipulate people into doing the right thing?
